Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the xk88 online betting and casino service accessible at xk88.io, including all associated web pages, features, games, betting markets and account management tools.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a valid xk88 account and is using the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by a Player on the xk88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's xk88 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account under an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total bet amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, slot, or any other product offered by the Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which is used as the reference time for all xk88 platform operations.
• "Taka" / "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the currency in which all xk88 account balances and transactions are denominated.
• "Verification" means the Know Your Customer (KYC) process by which xk88 confirms the identity, age and payment method ownership of a Player prior to processing withdrawals.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account or accessing any feature of the xk88 Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite to using the Platform. xk88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Eligibility

• You acknowledge that online betting may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before using the Platform.

xk88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending further review.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the xk88 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and a chosen payment method. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity or through the use of proxy services — is strictly prohibited. Where xk88 identifies multiple accounts operated by the same individual, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended, all balances will be subject to review, and any Bonus Funds will be forfeited in their entirety.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xk88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

xk88 is required to verify the identity of its players prior to processing withdrawal requests and as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Verification may require you to submit a government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to make deposits. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals withheld pending completion of the process.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

xk88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time and will be listed on the Deposits page within your account dashboard.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit specified at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be returned where possible, less any applicable processing fees. Deposits are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) in real time or within a few seconds of transaction confirmation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been previously used to make a deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the Identity Verification process described in Section 4.4. xk88 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission; however, actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment provider involved.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets and winnings on the xk88 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to player accounts. Taka amounts are displayed using Western Arabic numerals throughout the Platform.

5.5 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of any deposit made to xk88 is a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback or reversal is initiated, xk88 reserves the right to suspend the associated Account, reverse any winnings derived from the disputed funds, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal means.

Bonuses and Promotions

xk88 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per individual, per household address and per device.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be stated clearly on the promotion page. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the relevant Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the promotion. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• xk88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players in connection with an active promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse, circumvent or exploit a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or coordinated bonus-hunting strategies — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, the forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to [email protected] immediately. xk88 reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonuses and any winnings generated from them.

Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

Bets placed on the xk88 Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of every bet — including the selection, stake and odds — before confirming placement. xk88 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform's side.

7.2 Odds and Pricing

All odds displayed on xk88 are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed by the system. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment your bet confirmation is processed by the Platform. xk88 reserves the right to withdraw market availability or suspend betting on any event at its sole discretion.

7.3 Void Bets

xk88 reserves the right to declare a bet void in the following circumstances: where a match or event is abandoned, postponed beyond the specified settlement period, or decided under circumstances that materially alter the nature of the original market; where a bet is placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault; or where there is evidence that the integrity of the event in question has been compromised. Void bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

xk88 applies maximum payout limits on a per-event and per-product basis. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout cap will be paid only up to that cap, with the excess amount not eligible for withdrawal.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xk88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register an Account while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or vulnerability in any game or betting market for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of betting outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial activity that is fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing xk88 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy server or any other means of concealing your true location.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xk88 Platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game content, betting interfaces, data feeds and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of xk88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any content from the xk88 Platform without prior written consent from xk88.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xk88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of expected winnings, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any decision made by a Player to place a bet or participate in a casino game, and the outcome of that activity.
• Errors or delays in third-party payment processing that affect deposit or withdrawal timelines.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit xk88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and Data Protection
